1) Marine Insurance

• We Insure the vehicle at your request.
• We arrange "All Risks" Insurance for new vehicles. "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this insurance covers loss of or damage to the insured Unit with an excess of JPY100,000- on the whole, unless such loss or damage is caused by the ship or craft being stranded, sunk, burnt or attributable to fire or collision. Including risks of War, Strikes, Riots and Civil commotions...etc"

  Amount insured is 110% of the cars value and freight combined value, in the event of Total Loss
  EG)  in the case of Vehicle + freight = JPY1,500,000  Premium- approx. JPY9100
  EG) in the case of Vehicle + freight = JPY3,000,000  Premium- approx. JPY18200
  Min. premium is JPY3,000. 

2) Shipping by Container 

• We can arrange containerisation at your request.
• Packing Charge --  JPY30000 per Unit
• Also you have to pay freight & THC (Terminal Handling Charges).

  Japan-side THC is currently JPY29000 for 20ft, JPY41000 for 40ft.
• Usually shipping by container costs more than Roll On Roll Off service.
  

3) Consignee or Notify party change after issuing B/L

• JPY3300 per B/L in the case we still keep the B/L
• JPY5500 per B/L in the case you already get the B/L (this includes postage by EMS)

4) Photographs sent by attached email

• If you want us to take pictures  we take photographs and sent them as attached email j-pegs
  5 photographs (front, both side, rear & inside)  JPY3000

5) Special Documents

We supply the following documents as standard;　Original Bill of lading, 2 Copies of invoices, Original deregistration certificate and English translation and Service history book.
We can arrange other documents by customer request,

• Signature certificate issued by Chamber of Commerce in Japan  JPY3,000 / each
• Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce in Japan JPY3,000 / each
• Other documents issued by Embassy or Consulate in Japan    Ask
  

6) Documents Reissued 

• Original invoice JPY3,000 
• Original Matters for Registration Certificate JPY3,000
  It's impossible to reissue original Deregistration Cert, so sometimes a  Matter for Registration Cert is reissued instead of Deregistration Cert..
