we will issue a quotation or Proforma invoice that is good for 30 Days. Having accepted our quotation;
Payment
Options (Terms are
negotiable, but generally:)
(1) By "At Sight" Irrevocable L/C
(Letter Of Credit), terms of expiry case-by-case. Your order is actioned
on our Bank's acceptance of the Original L/C. On individual vehicles, L/C Bank
charges outside of Japan are endorsed "to the Applicant". Multiple Units on one order
we may absorb the L/C charges at our discretion. It is recommended to fax us a Proforma copy
of your L/C prior to presenting this through your Bank to avoid time
consuming and expensive amendments later
(2) By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
deposit to our Tokyo account, your order is actioned on faxed
presentation of your Banks remittance statement.
Typically; 50% deposit with balance of 50% on confirmed/booked shipping dates
and Pre-export inspection of the Unit(s)

account; balance payable on faxed presentation of B/L (Bills Of Lading)
within an agreed time, typically 10 days.
(4) Deposit by Credit Card, OR PAYPAL , remaining balance
payable by T/T on faxed presentation of B/L (Bills Of Lading). Graham Motors Co.
Ltd. accepts MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Amex. Your order is actioned as soon as
the Card is processed.

Shipping
(1)We usually arrange Roll On Roll Off freight. If you want us to
containerize, please refer to the Extra Service
Section on our web site. We can arrange this by your request.
(2)For Roll On Roll/Off Service, the words "NEW" or
"BRAND NEW" on B/L. are not included.
(3)If you want us to ship Units out with later
shipping, we charge wharf storage @ JPY1000 per day.
(4)Basically if you haven't advised us more than 4days before sailing, you can't change
Port destination.

Insurance
We can arrange Marine insurance at your request.
For New cars, we usually arrange Insurance endorsed "All Risks"j
"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this insurance covers
loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured in excess JPY100,000- on the
whole, unless such loss or damage caused by the ship or craft being stranded,
sunk, burnt or attributable to fire or collision. Including risks of War,
Strikes, Riots and Civil commotions, etc."
